Question: I cannot access my primary documents in Atlas.ti. I swear I saved the library containing my files on the U:\ drive, but now I couldn’t open the files.
Answer: You, or our recent downtime may have reset the location of your library back to the default C drive. So, just set it back to its correct location by going to:
- Documents>Data Source Management>Open Library Manager,
- then click on Extras>Set library location, and
- point the library to its correct location
